Cancel Zipcar
To cancel a Zipcar reservation, please call our customer service at 1-800-Zipcar and provide your name, address, and phone number. We will then be able to process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email.
Zipcar allows you to cancel or modify your car reservation in the first 30 minutes after booking it. For trips that are 8 hours or less than that, you can cancel or modify it 3 hours before you start your trip.
